According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept safe and confidential. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers over the internet. The rapid development of the internet means that changes of our processing of personal data may become necessary. Therefore, we reserve the right to update and modify this Privacy Policy. If we do so, we will of course correct the date of “last updated” at the top of our page. In case of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites.

To the extent pf which personal information about you is processed, you have the right to be inform of which personal information is attributable to you, according to the Personal Data Act. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to require these corrected, deleted or blocked. You can at anytime object to any information about you being processed. You can also revoke your consent at any time. You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information or data regarding you. Complaints is handed in to the Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) cf. § 58, (1) of the Personal Data Act.

  1. Why do we inform about cookies?

All Danish websites are required to inform about which cookies are used. The information must be in accordance to the “Executive Order on Information and Consent Required in Case of Storing or Accessing Information in End-User Terminal Equipment”. The executive order requires that there must obtained an informed consent from the user when websites wish to store cookies on the user’s IT-equipment.
